Hi all,

I've been getting a few lots of miscellaneous finger and thumb picks on eBay, just to see which picks suit me the best.

The fingerpick I like best is a metal one marked "DUNLOP, PAT. PEND, .0225, U.S.A.".

Problem is, I only have one! I'm using it in combination with an old National, but I really prefer the Dunlop. Does anyone know where I can get hold of a few more Dunlop .0225 picks?

(Also, out of curiousity, since the pick is marked "pat. pend" - does anyone know when this pick was patented or roughly how old my pick might be?)

Many thanks and a great weekend to all!

Fred

This is a common Dunlop pick. I alternate between the 0.0225 and the 0.025. They all say "Pat. Pend." on them. I doubt you should have any trouble finding these, at least not in the U.S.

Thanks Jeff!

I found some at Elderly Music and have placed an order (2 brass, 2 nickel).
