I'm going to be in Texas for business the next few weeks. I'll be in Richardson, TX (just outside Dallas). Where can I go hear some pickin' while I'm down there? Any good clubs to check out? Any hot pickers in the Dallas area?

Well this week (10-10 through 10-13 I'll be at The Southern Junction Club. Big Club,Big Stage, Good food.

If you have time, take a little trip down to Mesquite and pay a visit to Bud Carter and visit with a true legend in the steel guitar business. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy! |

Hi,
I'll be in Richardson at W.W. Fairfields this week Wednesday thru Saturday nights. Wednesday night we play from 8:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Thu-Sat is 8:30 to 1:30. Fairfields is on the northwest corner of Plano Rd. and Beltline road in the same shopping center as the Albertsons. If you get a chance to come by, be sure and give me a shout.
