Patching XLR out to PA and using effects loop

Guys I am playing a gig where I am thinking about going straight from the xlr out on the back of my amp to PA. Does this xlr out pick up the post effects loop or just the pre effects loop?

I have both a Nashville 112 and a Quilter steelaire pro rack amp, does the xlr out work the same on both these units?
