Roy, I have a beautiful set I bought at either Dallas or STL, can't remember but they are perfectly machined and quite expensive.
I'll see if i can find info on them...i never used them and will sell for half price.

I am not a great craftsman, but I'm happy with this steel. 26" scale and plays pretty good.

Yes, Roy, these will be perfect, as they are three heavy duty aluminum flanges that screw into the bottom of the steel and stay there, and three adjustable aluminum legs...better than the
"microphone" stand type.
