After having Chuck build me A new Desert Rose last year, I found that I needed to move one of my knee levers because of the way I set under the guitar. I spoke to Chuck on the phone and he said that he was going to attend the Lexington,Ky.show. The rest is history,I took the guitar over last night and before the show started the guitar was just as I needed it to be. Hey and the show wasn't bad either. I don't know how I could have gotten any better service. Thanks Chuck, JW Day |

I have a Desert Rose on the way. Chuck is one of the best to deal with, all his guitars are pro models and he's a monster player of not only pedal steel but 6 string guitar too. Its great you get to talk with the builder directly in this day and age with ANY product being made. Desert Rose customer service is off the charts... in a positive way.
Anyone looking to get a new steel or another steel owe it to themselves to check out the Desert Rose. The Vintage Pro is an instant classic. |
