I had called Gary about how long a wait there would be on a Steel so I could put in my order with Bobbe.
Well he said it would probably be about 4 weeks because he had parts coming and had to process some of them, I had already sold my steel and didn't want to wait that long. After playing the Derby Room at ISGC, I kinda liked the way the Derby was made. I had been thinking about the Derby Finis Spier had. Gary not only suggested I get it, (because it was a good deal)
he even helped me with a couple little problems I didn't understand about the Steel.
I can't say enough about Gary, we are so lucky to have him in the world of Steel guitars, And I feel fortunate to have him for a friend.Somtimes I feel guilty because he has give so much and all I have given is friendship. I just hope someday I can pay him back a little...By the way I love my Derby...
