That's a good guess. George did use "KEOKI" whenever he performed around Maple Ridge, and Vancouver, BC.
George Wieberger was the chap who put together a Western Canada (HSGA) "convention" at the Canadian Legion Hall in Maple Ridge. He did most of the ground work organizing this once yearly, one day bash. A lot of performers would travel up from the west coast States, (CA., WA., et al) to play at this mini-convention. |
