Hi again!

For this Dunlop bullet bar they offer different dimesions:

What dimensions would be a good, heavy bar for a 6-string National New Yorker?

Many thanks!

Fred

I'd suggest 3/4" x anywhere between 3" and 2.3/4", depending on how big your hands are.

The Dunlop 919 is the 3/4 by 2 3/4 inch bar. This is the size that Jerry Byrd recommended.
