Looks to be a guys first attempt at making a steel guitar...and he used spare parts instead of making his own. I think the maker was originally going for a pedal steel, but abandoned the project, leaving it as console style guitar. But, that's just MHO.

Not much Sho-Bud there, just Emmons student guitar, albeit butchered profusely. But who knows, it might be a good inexpensive guitar all said and done,

That's to ship the steel from Florida to the UK. Try this link for US shipping: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290157014088

Yup, it looks like it was built up from an Emmons student. I kinda like it, might make a fun project if I just had any contiguous free time. But I think expecting to get a 4-5 pedal setup for $35 is a might optimistic. Confused
