anyone using clictab pedal steel software?

i downloaded the clictab software and it won't install. I got a window saying "16 bit windows subsysten" and the message said :"The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose close to terminate the application". The choices i got were to "Close" or to "Ignore". I tried both. Neither worked. Tried rebooting etc and downloading again. no luck
I called ron and he is sending me a disk with the file. If that don't I will get a refund. But in the meantime has anyone else encountered this with clictab and a solution?

Nevermind. I went to the microsoft page and found the solution at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;324767

I used method 2. After doing this the program installed.

Now ... lets hope it works!
