I noticed on the internet there is a site that says you can save the Videos on You Tube? I cannot find a way to contact them and the FAQs don't mention legalities. I would like to save some of the Steel Videos to study the different playing styles, if it is legal to do so. Who knows about this?

Your educational purpose falls under the "fair use" doctrine of copyright law. I wouldn't lose any sleep over this.
