The one at Elderly is missing the bridge cover plate. IMHO that's one of the coolest things about the guitar.

I owned one of these for a short while but got rid of it because the edge of the very shiny fretboard on the treble side looked like an extra string when light reflected off of it.

Also the bridge cover got in the way of your right hand.

The design firm of Barnes & Rieke designed these guitars (like the BR series of Gibson steels). This design firm WAS A DESIGN FIRM they were not musicians.
