Hopefully she has a steel in her road band.

I just can't picture most of her songs without steel.

Last I heard, Dan Galysh was playin' steel for Lee Ann and Rusty Danmyer told me sometimes when he's not on tour with LeAnn Rimes, he plays for Lee Ann Womack.

Could somebody give me the 411 on Rusty Danmeyer? I'm not familiar with him.

Rusty Danmyer is from North Carolina and plays a Zumsteel. He's played with many other artists. He'd been with Lee Ann since 1997, I believe and started playin' steel for LeAnn Rimes just a few years ago.

Right on Theresa, Lee Ann to me is what I think country music is, and should be. As I've said in previous post I like a lot of different kinds of music and like to play them as well. But this is country to me and should be catagorized as such. The music they call country today should be seperated by name, as progressive country, like they did with jazz, bluegrass and blues ect.

I just love her voice and most of her music and I hope she has a steel on tour with her now.
It's been a while, but the last few times I caught her on TV, the steel was conspicuously absent.

They did have a really nice keyboard though.Rolling Eyes
