From the topic on the leg attachment problem I thought it would be interesting to find out how many different creations have been made for pedal steel legs. Home made or store-bought. I've only been at it for a year and a half now and have a clamp on fan that goes with me. I like the bought things for the bar and picks etc. But I know I'll try and make one. I'm picking on you now Larry Moore cause I saw your attachment at the Opry House. Maybe some pictures?

I have never attached anything to a steel guitar leg before and I never will.
I think they are made to hold the guitar in the upright position, in the air.
Just my 1 cent, I don't think 2 cents is but 1 anymore.
Not trying to be smart, that is just the way I am.

Here's some Pix (on the old Forum) of a tray I made to hold a Midi Keyboard. It's also useful to hold a laptop.

Joey, I forgot to mention I also use the bracket you told me about to hold my lap top. It sure beats using a chair.

I have a store bought attachment designed to hold my fiddle -- my Matchbro attaches to the leg and so does my headset phantom power unit. I got a nice unit that holds 2 bars and my picks and stuff at Dallas last year.

I also have a drink holder but I'm careful where I use that ha !! Laughing
