Need parts for little buddy

I have a little buddy steel guitar,and I has three knee levers,but I don't have enough parts to connect one of them up.I need the brackets that connect to the square rods.The brackes hold the rods that connect to the changers.I need two of them.Anyone know where I can locate any.They connect to the square rod,and they have four or six holes in them to hook the rods to...Thanks in advance....Jerry
