I'd guess that they might start shipping after the NAMM show in Austin.
That'll be somewhere around July 19-21. |

Looks like it might be Peavey's answer to the Vox AC30---Lower wattage, class"A"---Put me down for one---At least to try out! |

I just sold my Blues Jr. It had enough clean juice for low volume, drummerless gigs on guitar, but I never did like the clean tone. Maybe this is the non-solid state answer. |

You'll probably see a review or two on this amp in some of the major guitar mags and we will be offering info as well. Thanks for the interest. |

Sounds very interesting. Solid state rectifier, I guess. It would be really interesting in head form (driving a 1x15 cab), but that's probably too much to ask at least at first. It will be a nice sibling for the excellent Classic 30/Delta Blues as a "grab and go" amp for small venues and recording. The temptation to keep swapping tubes will be hard to resist... _________________ So many stringed instruments, so little time... |

From the specifications (note that this is a single ended class A amp with automatic biasing using a single power tube) it looks a lot more like Peavey is doing a chinese built low cost version of the THD Univalve. That's a great amp to emulate. _________________ www.tyack.com
