A friend of mine (who's computer illiterate) wanted me to post this on the internet.

He goes to flea markets & garage sales on a regular basis. This past weekend for $100 he found a Fender Super Reverb cabinet with no amp in it. The cabinet had the normal silver grill cloth, tilt back legs, and all four Fender Special Design speakers. The Tolex was in good shape also. For some reason someone had taken the actual amp out of it. The guy he bought it from had no idea how it came to be that was as he'd purchased it in the same condition for $75 a year earlier.

Does anyone know what it would be worth or if a Fender power unit would be available for installation?.........Thanks, JH in Va.

The amp itself is pretty rare (to find one w/o a cab). But the cab in good shape, with the speakers (if they're good also), is worth $250 easy. Smile Many players buy some pretty cosmetically "beat" amps, and they'd love to have one that they could use without any hassle.
