Hi, I am going to be in Atlanta over the weekend. I was wondering what might be happening in or near Atlanta this Saturday. I like everything steel of course, jazz, blues, bluegrass, oldtime, celtic... etc.

If you're going to be in town Sunday, the Gerogia Steel Guitar Association is having a fund raiser at the Shrine Temple in downtown Atlanta. Along with some local players, we'll also have John Hughey, Herby Wallace and Larry Sasser. Come on out and help us help one of our "family" members, and share in the good time in the process. |

| And if by chance you get in early, tonight that is, I'm celebrating my birthday playing an acoustic trio gig with the other two Bird Dogs at 37 Main in scenic Buford, just north of ATL off I-985. We always have a blast! |
