I`m not real smart, but I`ve been mighty lucky. The stomp is by far the hippest show on the planet. Last years (04) swamp pop night was unbelievable. Dr. Ike is the greatest. "All killer, no filer" is Ike`s mantra. This show is for real music lovers.

Great pic in the first link, I get "can't find page" on the second one.

Don't forget this for all you folks near Mexico City ( ).

Did you notice the angle of the steel?

So much for the wrist angle thread going on.

Jim/everybody who cares, sorry I screwed up the 2nd link, but the 1st one is the best anway. A google search of the 'PS' will find the site, and more stompin' fun.

Did you notice that Johnny Farina had a flat bar?

I thought to make music like he does you needed a round bar.

Ron,

I like all these photos....Gee, for sure that's a Fender Stringmaster D8 Johnny Farina is playin...look's like a real oldy, say, before a 1958 issue..seem's like I can make out the two push buttons stems on the front neck....whatever, they still sound fantastic..TX

RB, glad you dug those pix, as I did.
Looks like those are indeed one of if not THE best shows happening. Any time Link Wray is on a bill, you know somebody's thinking! Wish I could make it some day to see those great line ups.
