I heard the killer dobro intro to the song “Good Directions” the other day. I am not a top 40 country kind of guy, but I am taking a position in a new band that is doing a mix of oldies and new stuff so I was listening to some new tunes. I found out a forum member named Smith Curry did the dobro stuff so I searched out his web site. Wow, what a killer steel player and dobro player this guy is. I am really surprised I have not heard more about this very versatile and talented guy. I just thought maybe some of the “young guns” who are looking for something new on steel might like to visit this site. There is cool stuff to check out on this site……James
