Does anyone know what size tunung nuts I need for a 73 Marlen D10 ? Also, does anyone know where I could buy an "owners manual" ?
I'm new to PSG and sometimes quite confused, but I keep pickin' away. |

I'd suggest a call to Jim Palenscar (760-754-2120). He can most likely tell you, or find out for you. He has the tuning nuts, too, at a good price. I just bought some from him for my MCI.
Ask him about the owners manual while you have his ear.
His email is...

Rick,
I can't help you with the tuning nut problem, but the Carter Steel Guitar Company has a great on-line manual, which you can access by clicking on the following link:

Thanks a lot fellas, I guess this much gets me started.
Mike: I eMailed Jim, about the nuts and manual.
Roy: That's a good site ! Lotsa basic maintenance that I need to know.
Here's another question.
Is the Carter starter a single finger pull-release ?
If so, maybe their manual would be exacting to my Marlen's needs. |
