No expert here, but it's only a couple of scratches on the surface. Seems worth more than the current bid.
You can always sell one of those cases for than 50 bucks, as I did, to get the price down to cheap. Isn't the tone the thing? |

The price for used (newer) lap steels is real soft these days. The Chandler
RH2 is a decent instrument for $350 new, but they never seemed to hold any resale value. There was a used one at Music-go-Round for $160 that hung there for over a year before someone took it home.
Tone has very little to do with it. There are too many deals out there where $20 is the big difference. Strange times aren't they.
