I have a real nice Bassfex F/S. It came from Ken Fox last fall that was gone over with the batteryless chip (needs no battery) and the Burr Brown chip (warmer sound with no background noise). The Bassfex is the same as the profex II except on the factory setings (B) bank. It has bass guitar settings instead of regular guitar settings. Bank (A) is still open for your steel guitar settings. This bassfex is loaded with Newmans and other good steel guitar sounds. Comes with a new power suppy transformer from peavey.
