I want to play some tunes on my laptop over the PA system. I had thought about coming out the headphone jack.."no lineout". But anyway i found this inexpensive gadget that plugs into a USB port. Then has RCA outs. It says nothing to download and is cheap. Will this get my music from my laptop, to my mixer and out to the crowd?

It sure looks the the box for the job, George. The price is nice also. I read the buyers' comments and some are happy while others complained about too much noise from the unit. If you're not satisfied you can return it and it's under $30. Let us know how it works out.
