I can't seem to find these anywhere. It starts out something like this:

"The Rolling Surf seems to be out of tune..."

Can anyone please help?

Muchos Gracias!

Hi Jeff,

Go to the HSGA Member's Recording webpage.
Isaac Akuna recorded a version of Paradise Isle and he sings all the words.

Cool - Thanks Gerald.

Here's what I've got (I'm missing a couple of words that maybe someone can fill in for me) -

Pardise Isle 'neath a tropical sky
Palm trees sway while tradewinds sigh
Soft Guitars hum lullabies
In my paradise.

The rolling surf seems to beat out a tune.
Of _________ love beneath the moon.
Come with me to my land of smiles
My own my paradise isle.

It sounds like the blank could be "native" - Of native love beneath the moon.

As soon as I can go through my archives I'll post the lyrics to the Spike Jones version recorded in the early 40s. CC

Hey CC...I never knew that Spike did this tune...He did "Hawaiian War Chant", but "Paradise Isle" ? That's news to me and I love Spike Jones ! Such a clever guy !!!
