I can't seem to find these anywhere. It starts out something like this:
"The Rolling Surf seems to be out of tune..."
Can anyone please help?
Muchos Gracias!

Cool - Thanks Gerald.
Here's what I've got (I'm missing a couple of words that maybe someone can fill in for me) -
Pardise Isle 'neath a tropical sky
Palm trees sway while tradewinds sigh
Soft Guitars hum lullabies
In my paradise.
The rolling surf seems to beat out a tune.
Of _________ love beneath the moon.
Come with me to my land of smiles
My own my paradise isle.
It sounds like the blank could be "native" - Of native love beneath the moon.

As soon as I can go through my archives I'll post the lyrics to the Spike Jones version recorded in the early 40s. CC |

Hey CC...I never knew that Spike did this tune...He did "Hawaiian War Chant", but "Paradise Isle" ? That's news to me and I love Spike Jones ! Such a clever guy !!! |
