Wow, that's a beautiful guitar you got there, Larry. I imagine it sounds great...Dekleys have that reputation.
Someones going to be very happy with that one, for sure. _________________ Best regards,

I visited with Larry this morning and he showed me the guitar. As good as it looks here the pictures do not show the beautiful subtle wood grain beneath the dark color of the apron, top and sides. It also has some very cool little extra features that make this guitar a great buy. All in all, a great guitar for the money. |

Ok, Maybe Larry will chime in here to correct me if I get any of this wrong. It's got of course a switch to turn on either or both necks (standard feature I suppose)but then it's also got a switch that turns on a tone control on the side to give you a little more fingertip control of your sound. The knee lever for the second string has a very positive feel at the stop position. With my Carter I have to feel for it and sometimes it's tricky to get it right where I want it. The changer fingers are stainless steel or Chromed (Larry, correct me if I'm wrong) I believe so you wont get any string wear grooves. It also has Sperzel tuners that help to keep it in tune. The case was also in excellent condition. |

Yes Andy, the changer cams are chrome plated steel. A great feature, in my opinion. |

Very nice guitar, I love the black. I love my Dekley D-10. Very stable and reliable. Weight in the case, Plenty, with plenty of sound.
This is a bargain.

Lefty, Joe and all the other Dekley players. You have good taste in steel guitars. They are well made, sound great and made to last a life time. Larry |

I played one just like this for about 16 years and they are rock solid on tuning, smooth pedal action and very nice tone with the 705's |
