The 28th Annual Hank Williams Festival on June 1st & 2nd.
At Hank Williams Music Park, in Georgiana, Alabama.
--- It's going to be a lot fun and loads of music.---
I was wondering if there was anyone on the Forum that is planning to go. If so I hope to see you there and meet up.
To all that are, have a safe trip. And say a little pray before you leave.

Hey Danny! Thanks for letting us all know about the Festival. I'd love to attend but I think my niece would be a little upset if I missed her wedding for a Hank Williams Festival.
Oh, and Mr. Squirrel - he's so darn cute! When are you gonna let him play that Gibson? HA!

| I believe some of our MSP folks are coming to Alabama for this event. A fine Hank Sr. singer, Ellis Olsen from Vancleave, MS. is one that'll be there. Ellis is our Hank Sr. man! Good luck on this important event. |

Danny, I will be there from noon Thursday until noon Sunday. I will be around the Hank Williams Fan Club, Clubhouse. I will be the stage manager for the Fan Club portion of the Festival. First couple of hours Friday afternoon and first 3 hours Saturday morning. Come by the Fan Club House, directly across from the Museum and look me up. If you are not a member of the Fan Club, we would love to have you.

| I will appear there in Georgiana on this festival on Sat afternoon,I do not know the times yet. I am performing with Teresa Street and will also have solo spot with the steel guitar.I am really looking forward to coming home to see many friends and family.Come by and say hi....I will be playing a new Derby and of coarse will want to hear from players in the audience re tone,vol,general BS,etc....see ya there... |

Smiley will not be there with Jett,he is working here in Nashville.Jett now has another steel player, Marty Howard, who also does a fantastic job with a double 10 and will appear with all her Jetset Cowboys
in Ala this week end. |
