I can't find anything concerning her on the current forum.

On the old forum, there was just one mention of her, in the year 2000:

Does anyone have any information today?

I picked up 2 albums, in very fine condition, at a garage sale.

The Healer of Broken Hearts.
Elsie and Gene Jaggers on the singing Hawaiian steel guitar and ukulele.
With added accompaniement of Rev. Paul Fliflet, standard guitar & Bob Lundquist, bass fiddle.
Angelus Records of Glendale California. WR 4333 L.P.
The cover photo shows Elsie playing a Fender Custom D8, while Gene plays a Martin ukulele.

"The Sound of Hawaii" in Sacred Concert.
Elsie Jaggers, Hawaiian steel guitar. Lorin Whitney, organist.
Angelus Records of Glendale California. WR-4348-LP.
Ink stamped on the back is Gene & Elsie's post office box number.

Judging by the other albums for sale, the original owner bought these albums for the Hawaiian guitar music, not for the religious messages. I'm betting that this owner taped all of his or her records on the first playing.
