Can someone tell me who makes the custom cabinets for the NV400, putting the speaker and head in separate units? _________________ Mullen, G2, D10, Peavey Nashville 112, Roland Cube 80XL, DD3, Goodrich L10 VP. |

Jim,
Take a look at my post I just sent back to the top for your review/info---Rick Johnson built my cabs and he replied to my post with his website info included. Good luck--Carl |

Wow! Thanks Carl. I've already emailed Rick for a price and I'm wondering how the weight splits up for each unit? |

Jim,
My Speaker Cab loaded with a 15" BW weighs in at 33.5 lbs and the Head Cab weighs in at 30 lbs---As you probably know, the NV400's weight is listed at 66 pounds-I believe that's right--so, Rick's cab has saved 2.5 lbs +/-...Quality work all the way and Rick checked in as needed to insure I got what I wanted. You'll be very proud and you know you won't miss the "gut busting" dead weight of a fully loaded NV400! Carl
BTW: I also sent in my Chassis to Mike Brown at Peavey and his crew added the Tone Mod and replaced my shot Reverb Pan--the whole system sounds good to my ear--I got the Cabs and Chassis back within days of each other--From the time I placed my order with Rick, it took approx five weeks--he told me the avg is 4-6 weeks... |
