This spiral bound book has been out of print for some time. I loaned my copy to a student maybe 7-8 years ago and never got it back. These are hard to find and I have seen used copies go for upwards of $70.

I recently located a store which has a limited supply of NOS copies with the CD. I ordered mine last week and it came today. Brand new... It has some really cool tab in it like "Blue Jade", "Bars of Steel", "Song for Sara", etc. It is a wealth of history.

I found this on Amazon.com. The store selling it is named "Proam music".

Anyway, I thought this was kind of cool.
