On Mother's Day I had the privilege of playing Carl Tucker's new GFI Ultra SD-10 Keyless for two hours straight. I hadn't even seen the guitar before arriving for the gig. It has my short Uni tuning on it with 4 and 4. What an awesome guitar!! FWIW it does have the optional SS changer fingers.
Carl is a friend and fellow country picker. He's just getting into steel at the ripe young age of 72. He wanted a good steel to make learning a little easier as he didn't feel a 'beginner' should have to do battle with mechanical issues AND learning at the same time.
Gene, you done fine!! This guitar plays great.
