017-018-026-032-042-052 works pretty good.

From 1-6, assuming G tuning:

.016-.017-.026-.036-.046-.056

These will get you in the ballpark. I think (memory) this is what the D'Addario J42 set uses. There are lots of variables. Feel free to tweak to your heart's content.

The third string (from the top) "dies" the quickest. Paul Beard sells a set where the third string is .029w and these definitely hold up better. Good prices in strings at the web site First Quality Music-sorry don't know the address off the top of my head.
