Thanks to Del for letting me come visit his shop today while I had a layover in Denver. Needless to say I was really impressed with the new G2, and ordered one on the spot. I live in Vegas where I work as a corporate pilot. I regularly visit locations in California, Oregon, Utah, and all points around the US. Anyone that would like a chance to play the new G2, please email me and when I get a flight to your neck of the woods I will be happy to bring my G2 for you to play. Del has designed and incredibly good sounding guitar that really plays like a dream....I will keep you informed as to my schedules and notify anyone interested in seeing the G2....
Thanks Del and Dixie.......

There seems to be some scepticism about the angled crossrods, and I too asked Del about the possible increase in required torque to activate the pull mechanism...Believe me....There was no such issue. As a matter of fact, the pedal action was smooth as silk with the new bearing assembly. Ive been playing Mullens for almost 15 years now....Del has a real winner here...
I will be taking my new G2 to the Long Beach area in just a few weeks for some forum buddies to try out. I will be happy to discuss any feedback I recieve from them, but my gut feeling is its gonna be "all good"!!!!.The great Buzz Evans is going to be here the first day I get it...hes real excited too....Im really looking forward to getting my first one and have already considered getting in line for a D12 as well....stay tuned!...More to come!...Mickey in VEGAS BABY

I will hopefully get to hear and try one out at the Tulsa show soon. I have been playing my Mullen for about five years now and it still looks and plays like a dream. They are really built to last and Del,Dixie,Mike and all the Mullen clan are great people to do business with. Buck & Mitzi Grantham

Hi Mickey,
Could you give us your impressions on the differences/similarities in tone between your p/p`s and the Mullens`you`ve had.I guess I`m assuming all examples of both brands sound similar, which might not be the case.
Thanks,
Tom
