Recently I found a Trans-tubefex new/oldstock at a store and got the Ken memory chip.. that was good for starters but still was not the sound I wanted through my NV112 .. so
I found a used Peavey Classic series 50/50 all tube power amp that needed some TLC .. cleaned it up and connected all up to a JBL D130 15" with the soft dust cover.. My Mullen 12 never sounded better in its life .. sometimes chips and tubes can work together
This is one case I highly recommend.
