"My Philadelphia Baby"

Anyone familiar with this song? I heard a brief bit of it on an NPR show last weekend (about 4:45 minutes into the "Splendid Table" 5/5 show. It was on as I worked on manly stuff in the garage. Believe me, I'm no good in the kitchen) It sounded to me like Hank Thompson with Charlie McCoy on harmonica and a bit of interesting but unidentifiable steel. Various Google searches have had no results for me. Thanks in advance.
