I have a CD that was sent me and it contains
Jerry's cut of his wonderful rendition of
Slippery Elm.
I always thought he did this in C major but I track him on this cut in C# or Db? Can someone check their copy of this instrumental
by Jerry and post their findings to satisfy my curiousity. Perhaps Ray Monte, if you're
reading this, can shed some light?
Also, is this song among those that are included in Jerry's available Tablature?
That would surely answer my question.
Many thanks,
Roy |

It is one of JB's Pro-Arrangements.
Its written in the Key of C ... using C6/A7 tunin'.

What Rick said, plus on my old LP of Hi-Fi Guitar, it always played in C give or take a few cents depending on my turntable. |

All that has been said here is a fact.JB played Slippery Elm in the key of C in order to execute the open strings. One of my very favorites. Sure miss him. |
