Thanks to Ken Fox for rejuvenating my 25 year old Peavey LTD with Brad Sarno's ingenious upgrade/mod. Whatever you want to call it, it is truly amazing.

With a brand new Black Widow 1501 bolted in, it is without a doubt the best sounding steel amp I ever played through. My band was floored at rehearsal tonight. Kind of puts my Fender Steel King to shame.

Brad, I can only imagine what this thing will sound like with a Black Box in the signal path. That is next on the list!

Thanks, John! Glad to have been of service. It is fun to hear the difference in the amps before and after the mods. I check each one before I go to work on it. It's really fun to hear the before and after results.

The N-400, Vegas 400 mods and the Sarno mod for Session 400 and LTD 400 are going great. The request for the mod information by Forum members wanting to do their own amps has far surpassed anything I expected. I am also getting amps in almost every day now for upgrades. I appreciate the opportunity to do this work for the steel guitar community!!!

Just wanted to also mention that Ken's turnaround time on this can't be beat. He did the work in one day and had the amp back on the FedEx truck the next business day.
