I was doing a gig this weekend with my new Deluxe '65 Reissue, and about half way through each night the light started to dim, then died. When I restarted the amp, the light came on bright again for a while, then died eventually. It was also pulsating for a bit, dimming and brightening. Last of the night, it was completely off and the amp was still working fine. There was no discernable difference in sound during the whole time this was happening.

Any ideas what this may be?

Could be:
A bad lamp, bad solder connection, dirty lamp socket or lamp base. Try another lamp and see if the problem goes away. Lamp is a #47. (I think)...Jerry
