Al Harris with Jimmy Namaro Trio

I was wondering if the Al Harris who apprently covers "Guitar" in general on the album "Driftwood" by Jimmy Namaro is the same Al Harris as mentioned here:

Here is some of his playing. Definitely lapsteel and quite wonderful playing. This is an album that seems to make it into the pantheon of "Exotica" and one of the only ones with Steel Guitar at all. Vibes are also fantastic.
