Scotty, may kill me for posting this, but I believe in credit where credit's due. I've heard a lot of steelers in the past 20 plus years. I am a novice at the steel, but I do know music and what sounds good.
Scotty is as good as it gets. His tone and style is as good as I've heard anywhere. As a musician of many years Its an instinct to listen for mistakes.I've never heard one from Scotty. He is a force to be reconned with in steel world, and derserves to be ranked in a least the top ten.
Oh I forgot to mention he also has a great voice to.

Bill, you've certainly hit a bulls-eye with your post. I've admired Scotty's playing for sometime now. Truly a power house on the C6 side, plus a real nice guy. Wink
