I default to MSN. I had a window pop up..."Sponsored Links" right on top of a news story I wanted to read. It cannot be moved or X'd out. No way to read the story.
You ever seen this before?
I might add, you can scroll the story up and down behind the window, but it doesn't come out front.

That sounds like a scripted pop-over ad, which can usually be X'd out. If not, place the website into the restricted sites zone, close and restart the browser, visit the website and see if the pop-over reappears.

If you use Opera or Firefox you can temporarily disable Javascript while browsing websites that pop-over ads like that.
