Easiest, safest way to change web site servers

I have a rather large business web site - www.amkobldgs.com - built with current frontpage program and we are desiring to change to another larger and more practical server, possibly- Go Daddy-- What would be the easiest and safest way to save it all as is and tranfer it to the new server ?
