Joe:

I have always followed Jeff Newman's idea that the U-12 is just 2 tunings on a single neck. Any E9th tab can be played on the top 9 strings and any C6th tab can be played on the bottom 9 plus the 1st or 2nd string.

I really don't know of any single U-12 tab that uses all the pedals and all the strings all at the same time like Joe Wright does.

Cool

Joe,
Jeff Newman's "E9th/B6th Course" will get you
started very easily.
Don't worry,practice and after a few days...(or weeks)
no more confusion !
