#140093366158.

What year would this guitar be from. I have seen several old MSA guitars advertised recently. Looks like some manner of pull release system.

Some parts look like the '60s model MSA guitar, while others look like they're from (several) other brands. If I had to guess, I'd say it's someone's "rebuild", using whatever parts they could find. At any rate, it indeed looks to be a single-finger design...not one I'd recommend.

All the first ('1963-4) MSAs were "single finger design" and some used cable pull. They played great and seriously sounded incredible. This is circa 1963 and were built by us original MSA guys. I can't seem to pull this up out from the ebay site but if someone will email me a picture of it, I'll give my guestimation.

I just got a picture of the guitar, it is NOT an MSA, nor is any part of it. Looks like a Marlin, but more likley a total home made steel, not bad looking, but NOT AN MSA! Possibly it's a Capri,
