I have a copy of Remington Ride - the Jeff Newman version - but my cassette is old and it drags. The person I got it from failed to mention that.
Anyway, does anyone have a copy of this tape, or even better, the CD, they might like to sell, trade, or otherwise?
I'd get it from Fran but she thinks I'm a copyright pirate. _________________ Gary Shepherd

A litle graphite on the cassett wheels does wonders for draggy tapes

I may try that. After a little more listening, I think it may just be a bad tape. It gets better after the first few minutes. And the first part of the tape is cut off - as if the record button was pushed too late. No problem there because it's just the rhythm track. The parts where Jeff "explained" things plays pretty well. I can make a rhythm track myself with no problem. I guess all I need now is a good copy of the instrumental track with the band. Maybe I have that one on an album somewhere. _________________ Gary Shepherd

I found that I have at least one more copy of this. The 2nd tape is fine. I'll be selling one copy in the for sale section. _________________ Gary Shepherd
