Credits list Larry Campbell, Dylan's guitar/steel/mando player for several years. Lots of great steel by Gib Wharton on older Holmes Bros records.

Of course, the title is "(What's So Funny About) Peace, Love, and Understanding", written by Nick Lowe and made famous by Elvis Costello, not "What's so Funny".
