I just got my Aloha International Steel Guitar Club newsletter. The 2007 convention has been announced!
Dates: July 12-14, 2007
Location: Winchester, Indiana
Guest Artist: Jeff Au Hoy!
Traveling from Oahu and also appearing on the show with Jeff will be Bobby Ingano, Derrick Mau and Paul Kim!
There will be a new 45 room hotel opening in Winchester by convention time called the Randolph Inn. The Overpass is being renovated as well. This should bring the number of hotel rooms in Winchester to close to 75! Believe me, this is good news.
Great lineup - Great show - Be there!
I've been attending Winchester yearly since 1999 and this is the one year I have to miss... bummer.

Also another great steel artist who will be coming for the Convention from Hawaii via Las Vegas is Herbert Hanawahine along with Duke Ching from Kauai via Palm Springs.
Altogether a great bunch of Hawaiian steel players with music played the way we like to hear it.
Hopefully the motel will be completed in time and the Overpass Motel renovated or else it will be like Bill Crellar says, you will have to Renovate yourself.
