Does anyone know where to send an RV-3 for repair. I checked the Boss web site and found no repair info.
Thanks, Gary |

Gary, if you go to the Roland electronics site they will give you a list of Boss pedal service centers in your area. |

I bought my RV-3 in a pawn shop. It didn't work so I sent to Roland/Boss for repair. They fixed it and it has worked ever since. Bob Kramer |

So, has anyone actually sent an ailing RV-3 to Roland for repair? I'd be interested in knowing if the cost and the turn-around time was reasonable. Would it be more cost effective to simply junk the RV-3 and buy a new RV-5? I could live without the RV-3's delay feature (which I understand is absent from the RV-5). |

If you call 323-890-3700, that is the Roland Corp. A very nice young lady will tell you the nearest repair facility.
There seems to be one in almost every major city in Florida.
I am sure there is one is Nashville.

Eric, I would have the RV-3 fixed as these are getting harder to come by and are a great little unit. I had mine repaired and as I recall it was around $40.00 to fix it and turn around time was about two weeks. I sent it right out to Roland in CA. |
