I have a friend who is a really fine steel player in need of a nut for his Champ. It's a 6 string (I think they all are). He said it's his best sounding steel and he's got a number of steels, but the nut cracked on him.

Does anyone have a spare or the capability to make one? He's got plenty of parts to trade, such as tuners and pots. Thanks in advance.

Mike, if I had the dimensions I could fix him up. Is it a bone or plastic type? Or metal. I cant remember that much about them. If he could send me the old one I could duplicate it.

Thanks, Bill. I appreciate your kindness. I'll give him a call and ask him to send it to you. Would you email me with your mailing address? mike@mikeneer.com
