I know well the gentleman who purchased this guitar in the first eBay auction listed in the post above, and he lives in the USA. Now, what it's doing in England, if in fact it's there and the auction isn't a scam, I don't know. But I think I'll contact him and find out whassup w'dat. _________________ My rig: Infinity and Telonics.

Definitely something fishy about this for sure. The guy just
joined ebay a few days ago and is using the identical description
and picture from the other original auction. Pretty obvious |

I just heard back from my friend who purchased #010W last year, and I quote

SCAM! I heard that the auction was removed. I still have the guitar. |
However, in answer to Baz' poll, yes, it is a wraparound. _________________ My rig: Infinity and Telonics.

I was going to bid on that, but got a little nervous when he wouldn't send more pictures. |

I already contacted Ebay.uk earlier today to let them know this is a fraud. They said they appreciated me bringing it to their attention. So far, the auction is still running, so they better get
their a$$ in gear |

This is the second time someone has tried to sell Emmons guitar
from an address supposed to be in Scotland, the last scam was a few months ago claiming to be near Elgin in the north, and now this one claiming to be from Oban. The only steel player I can think of from this area did not have an Emmons, only an old British built Springfield. DON'T bid on it . |
